Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from and use of OneStow, operated by LLC VAPERI, registration number 433102484, Village Tsodniskari, Lagodekhi Municipality, Georgia. Contact support@onestow.com. Further company details are in our Legal Notice.

1. Scope and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, and authorised to use the payment method you provide. Our checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States only. Access to the website from another country does not mean we offer delivery there.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy explain the terms of delivery and returns. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Products and descriptions

Review the product description, dimensions, capsule compatibility, charging requirements and included accessories before buying. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Lifestyle images illustrate use; only items expressly listed as included form part of your purchase. Performance estimates depend on conditions such as water temperature and battery charge; manufacturer estimates are identified where used.

If an item materially differs from its description, contact us under our Returns Policy. We do not use these qualifications to exclude responsibility for an inaccurate description.

3. Ordering and acceptance

Check the selected colour, quantity, email and delivery information before paying. Our order confirmation records acceptance of your order. A payment-provider notification alone confirms the payment status. If payment succeeds but you do not receive confirmation, contact us before placing a duplicate order.

If an item cannot be supplied, a material pricing error is discovered or an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund payments for items we cancel. We will not substitute a different item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Review the final amount and any tax or charge disclosed at checkout before payment. US shipping is free under our Shipping Policy. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency-conversion or transaction fees, which it controls.

Stripe processes payments. Available methods depend on your device, location and the options presented at checkout. We receive transaction information needed to process the order, rather than your full card details. An unsuccessful or pending payment is not a confirmed paid order.

5. Delivery and fulfilment

We may use fulfilment and delivery partners to send your order. OneStow remains your point of contact for the purchase; using a partner does not transfer our responsibilities to you. Delivery estimates, tracking, address restrictions and delay options are described in the Shipping Policy.

We do not treat handing a parcel to a carrier as proof that you received it. Missing, damaged or disputed deliveries will be investigated in accordance with the Returns Policy and applicable law.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You can request cancellation promptly through support. If fulfilment has advanced too far to stop the parcel, a return may be necessary. This operational limitation does not remove statutory cancellation rights or the right to cancel qualifying delayed shipments. Our voluntary return window is 30 days from delivery, subject to the published conditions. Mandatory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available where applicable.

7. Safe use and product support

The espresso maker heats water and contains rechargeable batteries. Follow its supplied instructions and charging requirements, keep hot liquids away from children, and stop using a product that is damaged, swollen, leaking or overheating. Do not send a damaged battery through ordinary mail without suitable return instructions. Airline and carrier restrictions depend on the product and route.

Any additional commercial warranty applies only if expressly offered with the product. These terms do not disclaim mandatory warranties or statutory quality and conformity rights.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep access to your sign-in email secure and do not share sign-in codes. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity. Do not attempt to access other customers' records, disrupt the service, bypass security controls or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict abusive access, while preserving legitimate rights concerning an existing order.

9. Site content and third-party services

Our branding and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the site and retain copies of your purchase information for personal use. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. External services have their own terms and privacy notices; linking to them does not remove our responsibility for our own services.

10. Responsibility and unavoidable interruptions

We take reasonable care in operating the store. Maintenance, network problems or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access or delivery. Where an event affects your order, we will explain the available options; it does not remove applicable cancellation or refund rights.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is unlawful, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and product-liability protections. Any restriction allowed by law applies only to the extent that law permits.

11. Complaints, applicable law and disputes

Send complaints to our support email with your order number and requested resolution. We aim to reply within 1 business day, Monday–Friday. You remain free to contact a competent authority, payment provider or court.

Georgian law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights applicable in their place of residence. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

12. Updates and interpretation

The version applicable when your order is placed governs that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. You may save or print these terms for your records.
